I'm changing my OS on my old W7Pro64 desktop and just wanted to ask if I should download a new installation (current SkyTools4Setup.exe dated 9/28/2021). Or should I do a restore to the new OS? The only thing I've got that I would need to re-enter are a couple of locations.

I recommend saving a backup to a USB drive. Open About SkyTools and write down your license, as this can change as you apply upgrades. After the new OS is installed, re-install from the download link, enter your license, and restore the backup.

Thanks Head Dude at Skyhound. I would not have thought of doing it that way. Saves me some trouble and time.

I recommend downloading the latest version of SkyTools 4 and installing it fresh on your new OS. This will give you the cleanest and most stable setup.
