By adding an osculating element set from Horizons for 00:00 UT July 22, I can get SkyTools to create an ephemeris that is position displaced by only 3" in DEC. This is the time very near closest approach and magnitude 15.28. Bravo for ST!

Best time for Dennis might be 19:00UT July 21. And brighter at mag 14.9. Rock up 60° on the Pisces/Aquarius/Cetus border moving NE @2.5'/min. Sun 20° down.
