Hello,
Thanks for sending those. The problem is the camera. The QE values are all zero, which effectively means it can't detect any light at any wavelength. I'm not familiar with that camera, but if you can find the graph of QE (quantum efficiency) values in your manual or online, I can help you enter them.

Hi drjerry,
I noticed that your camera also has a full well of 47 electrons and a Read Noise of 6.5 electrons. You might want to double check those values.

Yes, the empty QE values would cause the camera to produce zero output values, but the ratio between the full well and the read noise still is only 7:1. That's not correct for a 12 bit camera IMHO. Seems worth double checking. The full well seems low and the read noise seems high.

Is that a color camera? The graph is for a color camera. I ask because you have mono-camera filters selected.

For a color camera it doesn't usually make ense to use anything but the "Color" filter, except for one of those multiple emission line filters, like an L'Enhance. Is this a real imaging system?
Use the graph on this page (its for the same sensor) but you can read the QE directly from the y axis of the graph. Just read the value from the highest line. If there is a big dip between two color lines, just skip the dip. Don't forget to set the Gain. Remember you leave any parameters for any part of the imaging setup blank or not set correctly it not going to work right, so take some time to get everything right. Click every button and review the settings there.
