Hello Mike,
Open SkyTools Imaging and click the Setup menu. Select Subscriptions. Enable the iTelescope subscription. This will automatically download the iTelescope imaging systems (click Update Now) and check for updates when you start SkyTools. If you use Update Now the first time, you may need to close SkyTools and re-open it for the iTelescopes to appear. I am currently working on an update of all of the iTelescope data. I'm waiting for some additional information from iTelescope before I load it on the server. It will automatically update when I do. This will add a few news systems, such as T40 and T59, and update things that have changed.

Hi Greg,
Just getting back to SkyTools (just retired this year) so trying to get back up to speed. I subscribed to the iTelescope feed, but no locations or telescopes are showing up even after restarting the ST4 Imaging software multiple times. What else do I need to do to get these settings back? Thanks, Brian

Also try going back to the Subscriptions dialog and clicking "Update Now." Let me know if that still doesn't work. I am assuming by "locations" you mean the iTelescopes, or are you only missing their locations?

None of the telescopes are showing up under my list of imaging systems, and none of the iTelescope locations are showing up either. I've tried "Update Now" multiple times and have restarted the software multiple times, no luck. Thanks, Brian

Hello Brian,
Ok, I will run some tests to ensure its actually working properly. If it does seem to be working for me, I will come up with some suggestions that should resolve your problem on your device.

I'm running ST4.1.11.10 and I see iTelescopes from T02 to T80 listed. Is that all of them?
Phil S. I need to update my signature.

Hello Brian,
I have verified that the iTelescopes are downloading correctly in version 4.11.1.10 and version 4.11.0.10 under normal conditions. Please open SkyTools Imaging and click the little square at the very bottom left side of the window. This is where it saves the history of subscription updates. See if there are any messages regarding iTelescopes and if you find any, please copy the text ot make a screen capture.

I have selected all updates, when I hit "Update Now" the notification window only indicates that supernovae and current bright novae/supernovae had been updated. I scrolled through all of the notifications and no notifications of any kind on iTelescope updates.
Thanks, Brian I did notice in ST4 Visual the iTelescopes seem to be there (I think). For instance, there is a Planewave CDK 20 that has "T59" in parentheses. Most of them do not have a T designation but the telescopes look correct...lots of Planewaves, Takahashis, RASAs, etc. But these are not showing up in ST4 Imaging. Also, none of the iTelescope locations are appearing in either Visual or Imaging. Thanks, Brian

I don't see the iTelescope locations in ST4 Visual, but the different iTescopes do appear in ST4 Visual. ST4 Imaging has both the locations and the scopes.
Hope this helps, Phil S.
