Special events, getting all details to show at once

After getting a list of special events generated, these sit in the top left part of the screen, and if I click on one event, its details (timings, etc) display in the bottom half of the same screen.  But how do I get all the details for all the events to show at the same time in the bottom half of the screen?  At present if I select a different event its details replace the ones I had up before instead of adding to them.

Hello,

This is the way it is designed. A list of events in general, and then you drill down into the details one at a time. Perhaps it would help if you would explain what you are trying to accomplish. Why do you want to see all of the details at once?

If I can get all the details for each listed special event simultaneously on the same screen I'll just need one print out rather than one print per event.

When you print the events (or copy them to the clipboard) the events are listed with their full details.

Ah hah!  Great!  It just didn't look as if that would happen from what was visible on the screen.
