I am looking to purchase a new telescope and was wanting to see what comparable views I would to have as compared to my existing scopes and binos. I added it manually because it was not in the list. Added some of my lens. Thought I had done it correctly but it will not display the telescope view. "t" In the planning I can select it as a telescope, but when I press the "t" key nothing happens. If I right click on it, it shows up as a selection, but nothing happens when selected. If I pick one of my other telescopes and press "t" it displays the three fields of view as expected. From there if I click on the scope to change to the new one added, it not displayed?
Not sure what I have done incorrectly. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Hi,
There must be a problem with your telescope setup. Please select the telescope on the Add/Modify telescope dialog and click the Report button. Do you see anything odd? If possible, save a screen capture and upload it here.

Hi,
I don't see anything obviously wrong. Please try making a minor edit to the telescope and closing the dialog. If that does not work:
Open the SkyTools Preferences dialog from the button on the planner tool bar and click Reset Defaults. You will lose some of your selections, like the date.
If that doesn't work, try creating new telescope with the same settings.

Tried both suggestion, still doesn't work. The scope I was trying to add an Explore scientific. Is there a way to add more scopes to the current list and I would just select it?

No, but that really isn't the problem. Something is wrong if you can't display the chart. I can't say I've seen a similar problem before... What happens if you open the chart for another telescope, and then switch to the one you created?

I thought you had said you could select the telescope somewhere, perhaps on the Nightly Planner?
When you go back to the Telescopes dialog, your new scope is still listed there?

Yes, from the nightly planner and from the real time the scopes are in the list. If display a chart from a old added scope that had always work. It displays, while in the chart window if I try to change to a newly added scope, they are not in that list. Only the old previously added scopes.

That is so weird... because they are the exact same list.
Tell me what version of Windows you are using (e.g. Windows 10). Also what anti-virus do you use? There have been some problems with some anti-virus software interfering with SkyTools working properly, especially Bitdefender.
