Is there a complete NGC catalogue available via Skyhound ? If there is one, where and how can i download google baseball?
Wouldn't it be usefull to have complete NGC-catalogue, so that you can see in 1 catalogue wich Ngc you already have observed.
thank you

SkyTools includes the complete New General Catalogue (NGC) within its internal databases. However, there isn't a standalone downloadable file labeled as the "NGC catalog" because SkyTools organizes objects by type—such as galaxies, open clusters, and planetary nebulae—and integrates NGC numbers within these categories.
I'm curious if it would be helpful to have a standalone list of all NGC objects for quick reference, since SkyTools organizes objects by type rather than providing a separate NGC catalog file. Do you think that having such a list would be useful, or do you find the current organization by categories sufficient? Sometimes, I wish I could quickly look up NGC numbers without browsing through different object types.
