Hello,
The obstructed horizon essentially replaces the "perfect" horizon, so they use the same properties: Chart Preferences --> Lines and Outlines Tab --> Horizon Line.
Try the following:
0 45
90 45
180 45
181 15
270 15
359 15
The lines at the N and S are not going to be perfectly straight because you can't have two altitudes for the same azimuth, but this should work fine.
