ST3 Pro on a 4K monitor
#15
Hi Greg,

I'm clear that it's not the 4K monitor per se that causes the problem, but the scaling. However, since the 4K monitor needs some scaling to make text on the screen readable, it seems that those using a 4K monitor should experience this problem, nicht wahr? Does your GTX video card also use the 430.39 driver or do RTX & GTX video cards use different drivers? I think that the driver that I was using for my old GTX 760 video card worked with the new RTX card, but I did install a new driver soon after installing the RTX card. All was fine with the old 1680 x 1050 monitor.

I have an Nvidia app on my computer that alerts me when a new driver is available. It hasn't flagged a new driver in over a week, so I think 430.39 is the latest & greatest  Wink .

Thanks again,

Phil S.

P. S. How did T40 work for you the other night?
